The Stratford Dog Park Association is a Not-For-Profit organization that is made possible with volunteers, memberships and donations from our amazing community.
By becoming a member you are helping to continue to keep our park beautiful, maintained, clean and safe. We have partnered with many local community partners that offer various discounts to members. Simply show your card to any of our sponsors and reap the rewards!
Please fill out the following form to register (regardless of your payment method).
Method One $$: You may pay immediately through our site (via PayPal),. You will receive an email with confirmation and your Dog Park Membership card will be mailed out the following day.
Method Two $$: If you do not wish to use PayPay, fill out the form and you will be prompted via email to send an e-transfer or mail a cheque. Once payment is received you will be mailed your membership card the following day.

MEMBERSHIP FEES - As of Feb. 16th 2022 our fee will increase to $30 per household. (This is still an incredible fee considering the massive discounts each member receives.)
Donations are gratefully welcomed always. (We’ve included a button for that below, too.)
